Destination: Sweden

All orders are processed and shipped with Posten from our office in Nacka, Sweden within three business days. 
Shipping and delivery times are subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

Orders and shipments are processed on all business days except Swedish pubic holidays.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.


Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Posten

Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. Delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.

Destination: Outside Sweden

All orders destined to addresses outside of Sweden are processed and shipped with UPS Standard from our office in Nacka, Sweden within three business days. Shipping and delivery times are subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

Orders and shipments are processed on all business days except Swedish pubic holidays.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

 

First-time order policy

For security purposes, Civilants  reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder's verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Insurance

Civilants insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.

Returns and exchanges (Sweden)

If you are not happy with the item that you bought we will help you to exchange or return it.
Civilants has a 14 days return policy, the item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.

All exchanges are free of charge, except items on sale, items with reduced price or otherwise discounted items, final returns are at your own expense. In order to exchange or return, please send us an email to [email protected] or log in to your account at www.civiliants.com and follow the instructions for returns.

Returning your purchase (Sweden)

  • Visit www.civiliants.com and log into your account to begin a return or exchange.
  • You can view your orders and must request a return or exchange item for any unwanted items.
  • Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or Bag.
  • Close the box and closeit securely.
  • Place the return information label on the box over the prior delivery information.
  • Leave your parcel at your nearest PostNord service point, preferably the same one as where you collected your order.

  • Place the return information label and return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information
  • Please send the package to our return address, which is displayed at the bottom of this page.

Exchanges

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.  Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. If you are interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.civiliants.com

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to Civilants within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received a written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

Klarna

Orders placed with klarna are non-exchangeable. If the complete order is returned your klarna invoice will be cancelled. However, if you have made a partial return, a new updated invoice will be sent to you by email. If you wish to exchange for a new item and/or size simply place a new order with your preferred payment method. This order is paid for separately and will be handled as a new order.

Important information

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
  • We prefer that items are returned through Civiliants return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
